The Frantoio di Sant'Agata d'Oneglia is located in the Ligurian village of the same name, perched among the hills of Imperia overlooking the Ligurian Sea. For more than 190 years, the founding family has been passionately cultivating the prized Taggiasche olives, a symbol of Liguria's olive oil tradition. The olive trees are tended by hand, as is the harvest, which is carried out by hand just before full ripeness. The best olives are carefully selected and pressed on the same day to obtain a fragrant, natural and oxidant-free extra virgin oil. The same rigorous, artisanal approach is reserved for all the mill's signature food products.
