Shipping is always free throughout Europe, with a minimum order value of €990. It is not possible to place orders for smaller quantities, but we do offer the option to purchase a single pack per selected product. In this way, you can achieve wholesale prices even for small quantities per item without having to forego the favourable B2B conditions

We do our best to ship quickly, always guaranteeing maximum freshness of the products. All items are in stock, but to ensure optimal shelf life, we may need up to 10 working days to prepare the order in case restocking by the manufacturer is required. Once dispatched, delivery to the main European countries takes a maximum of 5 working days. Overall, we recommend a maximum of 15 days from the date of order confirmation and receipt of payment.

We ship to Italy, Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Spain via selected courier services. All shipments are traktable and every delivery is insured and guaranteed. Goods are shipped exclusively on pallets to ensure maximum protection during transport.

We regularly restock our warehouse to ensure fresh products and an appropriate shelf life. We only dispatch items with at least 2/3 of the remaining shelf life.

If, exceptionally, an item with a shorter shelf life is available, our customer service will contact you in advance to obtain authorisation for shipping. The total shelf life of each product is indicated on the data sheet, which is available online.
