SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is always Free of charge at no extra cost to the customer. The minimum order is 990€. This threshold is necessary to maintain favourable B2B conditions and to offer free shipping. For shipments outside Italy, prices are quoted exclusive of VAT.
TYPE OF PACKAGING
The goods are shipped exclusively on 80x60 cm or 80x120 cm pallets, chosen according to the weight and volume of the order. Our logistics department takes care of selecting the most suitable format to ensure maximum security during transport.
PREPARATION TIME
All products are available from stock. However, we reserve up to 10 working days for the shipment of the order, should a restocking at the manufacturer be necessary in order to guarantee an optimal shelf life.
DELIVERY TIME
Once entrusted to the courier, the goods are delivered within 5 working days to major destinations. At each stage, our customer service team remains available to monitor the shipment until delivery.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Delivery takes place at the address provided when ordering. It is essential to include a telephone number, which will be provided to the courier for any communications.
PRODUCTS NOT AVAILABLE
In the event of unforeseen unavailability of one or more items, the customer will be informed in good time before dispatch. A credit note will be issued and the difference will be refunded using the same payment method as for the order.
CUSTOMS FEES
Customs charges, local taxes or import duties, which may apply once the goods reach the country of destination, are not included.
These costs, which are to be borne entirely by the customer, will be requested by the courier or customs authorities at the time of delivery and vary according to the regulations in force in the country of destination.
We encourage customers to check with the local authorities in advance to get a clear picture of any additional costs.
VERIFICATION OF GOODS
Upon delivery, the customer is obliged to check the goods in the presence of the carrier. Any visible deficiencies or damage must be noted in detail on the transport document. For any requirements, our customer service is always available.
RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL
Since this is a business-to-business (B2B) sale, there is no right of withdrawal. Returns can only be handled if expressly agreed between the parties.
